The Weekly PLAN CHECK REPORT is a report on new construction currently in the process of Building Dept. approval at the City of Santa Rosa. Every week you will receive a marketing list and all the information you need to make initial contacts for marketing your services. These plans and projects will eventually appear on the Monthly Construction report. Currently Santa Rosa is the only city to make this information available on a weekly basis. Therefore this report is published and distributed on a weekly basis, which allows you to be among the first to introduce your products or services to these prime prospects. Subscription is for 4 weekly reports per month.

More than 12,000 New Homes, Remodels, New Commercial buildings and Tenant Improvements will be constructed in Sonoma County this year, the majority of which were issued by the City of Santa Rosa.
