These Monthly Reports are comprehensive reports developed from the best information that is made available.  All the information is acquired locally, not from out of area marketing firms. Additionally, the report information is fresh and new each month, therefore immediate attention is needed for these reports to be beneficial.

All Reports are available in the following Subscriptions:

  • Monthly for 3 Months - payment due before report distributed
  • Prepaid for 6 Months - 10% Discount for Prepayment
  • Prepaid for 1 Year - 15% Discount for Prepayment

All Reports are based on a calendar month and are typically distributed no later than 10 business days after the end of the month. (except Plan Check which is sent by Tuesday for the previous week)
